The following studies have been carried out as an input to the Strategic Development Plan:
The SESplan Housing Needs and Demand Assessment (PDF, 4mb) was submitted to the Centre for Housing Market Analysis (Scottish Government) in March 2010. Following the provision of further information, the document was re-submitted in May 2011. The Centre confirmed on the 7 June 2011 that the HNDA is robust and credible.
